B2B solution for FinTech platforms (brokers, payment apps and wealth-tech companies) to offer a broad range of investment products (from multiple banks and NBFCs) to their clients. Over 30 FinTech companies like Mobikwik and Upstox currently offer fixed deposits and will soon be able to offer other investment and savings products. ₹4CR (~$470K) seed round, including funds raised earlier in the year from Mobikwik and Kapil Bharti (Delhivery). The idea is to modernize fragmented segments in interiors - sanitaryware, furniture, kitchen, wardrobes, furnishings, lighting, hardware. The company has already partnered with four brands - FIAMARC (distributor for European brands), The House of W (bathroom fittings distributor), ColourCoats (surface coatings) and Metalia (metal building facades). "The company aims to make international selling as seamless as domestic commerce." Seed round of an undisclosed amount. Used by 1000 customers to ship to over 220 countries. Founders: two of the founders, Anshul and Darpan, built two businesses together - Sponsoredby (to connect event organizers with sponsors) and Paapos (on demand delivery); the third co-founder Sanchit was an engineer at Walmart and Uber, and co-founded Shyp (B2B logistics, YC23). Founded: May 2024.
EV as a service fleet operator for Amazon, Flipkart, Blue Dart and Porter. Fleet of 1,000 two and three wheelers. Profitable in key markets - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad. Expanding into Southeast Asia. $2.5M round, the company has raised seed rounds in the past, in 2019 and 2020. This round is funded by individuals - Vijay Kedia (public markets investor), Lloyd Balajadia (Lloyd Laboratories in the Philippines), Rahul Bothra (CFO at Swiggy). Visakh, the Founder & CEO, started this out of IIT Madras Research park almost 12 years ago as Pi Beam, an EV manufacturer, which then pivoted to the current model.
