The three founders are from Open, the neobank - CEO Satya was SVP and Division Head - Contexual Banking; CBO Nilotpal was VP of Sales.; Raghavendra was VP & Business Head of Lending & Wealth. Prior to this, the three worked together at Optobizz (founded by Satya), a GST and financial automation platform, which was acquired by Open in 2021 for $5M in cash+stock.

Founders Gaurav and Meghna built Songfest, a creative agency, together. Meghna also earlier led marketing teams in several companies - HUBILO (the webinar platform), YesssWorks (coworking) and FundTonic.
